We have helped some of our clients achieve accreditation to organisations such as SafeContractor which has in turn helped them to win contracts and grow their business. With this service, we review all policies and procedures to ensure compliance with the latest Health & Safety legislation, operational policies and procedures.

Keeping up-to-date on the latest legislation is often difficult and ensuring that changes are constantly embedded within an Organisation’s Protocols can prove complex. In both our Licensing and Security workstreams we offer a Policy Review service ensuring documents are fit for purpose.

Business and Staff Skills Audit
We can audit an organisation to determine the levels of capacity to meet the complexities of the Licensing and Security Industry. We make recommendations on the type of courses that should be considered to upskill the workforce. We also provide a mentoring service to ensure that staff maximise opportunities from training.
Training
We offer a number of training options from our 1-day and 2-day training courses on Managing Events and Security Management Planning and Instigation to a more bespoke tailored package of courses from general Awareness training to Conflict Management, Business Continuity Planning to Crowd Safety. These tailored courses allow the Event Organiser and Security companies to use their own events and contracts as the Case Studies for training and engender a greater culture of training in the organisation.

Our 2-day Security Management Planning for Festivals & Events course is centred around the planning and building of a structured security management plan and implementation process.
This is a more in-depth course, and it is recommended that attendees have already attended our 1-day Understanding Event Security Management Planning course.
Persons or organisation that have a relevant career or qualifications history in this area can bypass our 1-day introduction course.
